My company's Monday meeting included a video that features adults but appeals to an ageless sense of humor. It advises us to cough or sneeze into our sleeves. Doing so may get you strange looks, but using your hands instead spreads germs too much. Hopefully, it'll become customary.

Since then, I've covered my mouth properly about a third of the time and gone back to habit the rest. My officemate, however, says she uses the inside of the front of her shirt. That might be better still for containing germs, but unless you're wearing something sleeveless, it's probably less convenient.
