Conclusively proving that I am not immune to pre-movie commercials, I ordered Stella Artois at the latest Theology on Tap session at Ireland's Four Fields. You know the ads, ostensibly set in early-20th-century France with little or no dialog, ending with the slogan "Perfection has its price"? Well, from my experience, that price is not $5.25. I didn't hate it, but I drank only half the glass. The cider was better.

Also, I finally decided to by the pub's Irish nachos, which are basically waffle fries with nacho toppings. Tasty, but with two glaring problems: They're messy for finger food, and the portions are awfully large for an appetizer. I wouldn't buy them again without someone else wanting about half.
