The band Papadosio, for which my slightly younger cousin Bill Brouse is the keyboardist, has been growing in success. They now perform in numerous states, mostly in the Midwest, but I have high hopes for their further spread. Given their unusual sound and the sad state of the music industry, tho, I doubt you'll ever hear them on the radio, so please click here for five relatively new songs.
I agree with my mom that the famous band they sound most like is Phish. "The Unparalyzer," in particular, reminds me of "Tweezer," only better. Some of the numbers would make good modern video game themes. Well, at least if shortened and looped. They do tend to go on a long time.
