It's the arguably classic Cliff/Marry/Shag game, where somebody names three famous people, real or fictional, and you have to choose one to throw off a cliff, one to marry, and one to "shag." (Nefaria's alter ego Feloni interpreted the last one as "turn into a shag carpet," but I'm pretty sure the inventor's intent was "have sex with.") Here are my responses:

1. Bernadette Peters



I needed a reminder of who she was, but now I have to say "marry." It helps that she's not in the spotlight much anymore, so less difficulty with mobs. Besides, she's become noted for her charity work. That goes far with me.

2. Gwyneth Paltrow



Her brand of beauty is a bit mainstream for me, but given the choices, she's my "shag." I just hope I can keep images of Shakespeare in Love out of my head while doing it.

3. Barbra Streisand



Sorry, Babs, but you're getting the "cliff." Anecdotes of your hostility and arrogance have reached my ears, the movies I've seen you in are not that great, and you're well past your prime.

Yeah, it's rather an id game, if you get my drift. I'm supposed to pass the meme on by choosing three more for anyone who comments, but I won't hold ya to it.

Uh! I have no idea who they are, so I can't say. If it's the three ladies from Nip and Tuck, I have never seen the show, not owning a hypnogourd. Can I choose my own three?

Sorry; after I posted, it occurred to me that I hadn't confirmed that you read the comic (which has nothing to do with the TV series "Nip/Tuck").

I think the game works better if someone else chooses the three. Now I'll pick three I'm sure you know: Jenny Curtis, Florence Ambrose, and Kathy Grrsn.
