Another obnoxious diction from a Web conference speaker. It's one thing to say "you know" every few words; it's another thing to put the same word before and after the "you know" half the time.
Then again, I may be making the edits unnecessarily hard for myself. Whoever last had this transcript made it look rather nice, partly by omitting the breathers and portions where the speaker backtracks to rephrase. My proclivities to honest information and neatness are in conflict, driving me somewhere into the middle. I don't write non-words like "uh" or exact repetitions, but I want to capture some of the proverbial warts of what was said.
