UFOs

Do I believe in UFOs?
Of course, for why would I suppose
That every flying object is
Identified by now? Gee whiz!
You’ll notice that I didn’t say
They’re ships from many worlds away.
One could be just a stray balloon
Or something else that’s that jejune.
A meteor is not unheard
Of; neither is a soaring bird.
A military satellite?
Now that’s a better cause for fright.
Just don’t assume the term applies
To ET saucers in the skies.
