My parents have decided that after two years, Molly has become unfit to share their house. She's been protesting their last three-day vacation with deliberate misuses of bodily functions, reminiscent of the cat who protested my newborn presence in 1982.
The timing of this decision is especially challenging, because we're going to leave the country for two weeks on Sunday. The rescue site from which Molly came can offer only a cage in the next few days. We'd rather ask our co-workers to foster her, at least until we get back.
Or do any of you want to adopt her and live close enough to D.C. to do so very soon?
