My Advent Calendar

deckardcanineI’ve taken Advent calendars pre-used in recent years
And given them new images, to fam’ly members’ cheers.
I used to cut the pictures out of magazines and such
But later drew my own, which lends a far more pers’nal touch.
For 2020’s calendar, I’m trying something new:
I’ve scanned and saved the images to share with all of you!
They’re done in colored pencil, and they look a little crude
Compared to Downscale strips but not too lousy to be viewed.
The theme is funny animals who celebrate the season.
(My nephew’s big on animals; consider him the reason.)
I’ll put up each one nightly so you see it by the day,
And if I should forget to, you can just PM me, “Hey!”
