Well, I've finally tried a French restaurant. Much of the food was good, but I'll avoid the grouper next time. I considered the one dish with escargot, but the rest of the dish turned me off. (Go fig.)

Signs that Bistrot Lepic is a fancy French restaurant: (1) the paintings, (2) the waiters' accents, and (3) Tom Brokaw at the next table. Thanks to my folks for pointing him out.

Rather than the pictures on the walls indicating fanciness, what of the prices? I enjoyed the sudden celebrity appearance.

Hm, I think the highest entree price was about $23. Then there was a wine list as long as the rest of the menu.
