deckardcanineRemember 3-4 months ago when I saw a raccoon cross my folks' porch? Today I learned that Rock Creek Park, which is a fairly short walk from the house, has the densest concentration of raccoons in the U.S. With that, I marvel that I hadn't seen one before. Unless it was another case of me needing glasses.
Maybe I should reprise my informal poll of whether the proximity of a celebrity or of an animal you don't see every day excites you more.
