You've seen me complain before about sexism and racism in modern cinema. Sexism a little more often, I think.

Only today did I consider it being worst in a particular studio.

Will I join the boycott? I don't know yet. I don't attend many movies in theaters anyway, and I doubt whether they'll get more business from me checking out Netflix releases.

Working in Hollywood is not exactly a prerequisite for membership in MENSA ;) Making a Hollywood film is like having a hundred different cooks stirring the same pot, each one seasoning it to his taste and no one sure what the customer ordered anyway.

I'd be inclined to join you, except WB isn't making anything I want to see these days. Boycotting something you weren't going to watch anyway is sort of pointless.

Incidentally, this is the same logic that led Disney to demolish its 80-year-old hand-drawn animation division. They had two badly-written animated films that flopped and then decided to go all computer.

I hope they learned something from the success of Lilo and Stitch.

The upcoming WB film I'm most likely to see is Dark Knight. Guess I'll have to hope that it doesn't lose much on the smaller screen.

Please, please, please let it be a faithful adaptation.

Knowing WB, they'll gut Frank Miller's gritty story and make it into a mindless CGI festival.
