Recent home oddities
1. Thru Amazon, I bought Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb, a '90s PC game featuring a civilization of anthropomorphic animals. The package arrived unopened and in good condition, and the game plays fine. Only thing is, the package smells like... bacon? This is a little unnerving to someone who doesn't eat bacon anymore. It's all the more unnerving when you consider the importance and nastiness of the game's warlike Boar Tribe. What exactly happened during shipping and handling?
2. I've discovered that when I sit in the easy chair in front of my TV by day, I see a face out the window. Specifically, I see leaves and branches arranged to resemble a bald giant with a square chin, beady eyes, flaring nostrils, and a half-smile. Not as creepy as it sounds.

I used to look out the window at a beautiful anthropo-looking tree. Until someone cut her pretty face down, the next day.
Bacon and trees
2. That is Treebeard the Ent. He is glaring at you because his people have been killed to make toilet paper.
