I feel bad. Tonight I lost my temper at Kieran (liable to happen when somebody trips me while I'm telling them how mad I already am) and kicked him. Not gently. Good thing I wasn't wearing shoes. The poor sweetie was quick to forget it.

Kieran deserves better than me.
