Today I heard someone from, I think, the Philippines talk about someone with the voice of "an angel" -- except that I heard "a ninja."

Putting aside the fact that ninjas don't seem distinctive for their voices, the confusion opens up a lot of frightful possibilities.

Oh, but Michelangelo had the most memorable voice. Eh, I'll just be glad if it's not Donatello's.

I now realize that you were probably referring to the movie version, not Rob Paulsen's voice for the animated Raphael.

I haven't watched the animated versions in a good ten years, but the movies still bob up* on USA once in a while.
