deckardcanineBad: I lent my umbrella to a co-worker who said correctly that he would need it for about 15 minutes. I didn't ask what he was doing that would need that little time. Shortly after he returned it, I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke.
Yet another way that smoking is inconsiderate.
Amusing: There's a store on the first floor of my office building that sells mostly junk food. Given its location and cheap ware, I'm surprised it stays in business. I was less surprised yesterday to find the storekeeper, who seems to be in his early 60s, asleep at the register. What made it funny was the radio playing Wagner's "Die Walkure."
