I regret a rather unproductive long weekend. Sure, I jogged, vacuumed, shopped for groceries, and made an unhurried "Downscale" episode, but the only thing I did that I tend to reserve for long weekends was watch a movie longer than three hours (in three daily increments). The rest of the time was largely consumed by Wii games and Net activity, and they're not even new games to me. This should've been time to review Flash Professional in preparation for the follow-up course in two weeks, or at least do something a little extra in terms of the creative process (there's a deviantART contest I plan to enter by mid-October).

OTOH, I can think of no better holiday weekend for laziness than that of Labor Day.
