I shouldn't be surprised that Giant is now selling dolls of Princess Merida from Brave, which won't come to theaters for another week. But it immediately struck me that whoever made the doll had little regard for what we already know about the movie. The most common image of Merida has her holding a bow and arrow. The doll comes with no accessories but the clothes on her back, and I imagine she has no more limb flexibility than a typical Barbie. If ever an animated princess merited an action figure...
