This is my second day in my new office building. I mentioned earlier that it would have the downside of being two blocks further from almost everywhere I ever want to go and the upside of a free gym. Now I can say more.

DOWNSIDES
-My former office mate is now in the next cubicle, which makes conversation a little harder.
-I don't have a say in how much air conditioning I get.
-I have to get used to a new ergonomic arrangement for my keyboard and mouse and watch out for wires. My chair is highly adjustable, but the armrests don't come up high enough.
-Not enough wall space for my U.S. map.
-No door to close if any conversation gets noisy (not a problem so far).
-They've been good about angling the monitors so others can't see, but it's still a greater risk than before.
-There's a locked gate on the stairs between the first and second floors. My key might work, but it certainly discourages me from walking down at the end of the day.
-No snack shop in the building AFAIK.

UPSIDES
-Much more desk space.
-More storage space than I know what to do with.
-Better lighting. In my previous office, when it got dark enough to demand the overhead light, I got mild headaches.
-The sun will never shine right in my face between inadequate blinds.
-More kitchen space.
-Everyone is on the same floor.
-It's the fourth floor instead of the ninth.
-No elevator operators. Co-workers say they'll be missed (I myself almost said "Thank you" to nobody this morning), but to me it means more convenience.

I'm sure I'll think of more in each category. So far, I'd say I'm breaking even.

Is your keyboard one of those contoured ones, or is it a standard rectangle? I hate those ergonomic ones.

It's a rectangle. What's new is the placement: a movable board protruding from underneath the desk, with a semi-detached round board for the mouse.

I've never really encountered an elevator operator, except at the Crown Center mall, and only because I was pushing all the buttons at once and the guy got all grumpy about it.
The other stuff you described is no big deal to me. My office is pretty much the same. We have cubicles, but it's more like Battleship. You can see right over at the guy in the next desk, and you can see everyone's computer, though it's prohibited to bring phones and cameras in the room.
The thing that bugs me is that my legs are long and the desk is short. I end up having to stand a lot to stretch my legs. The wires are tucked into a hole in the desk, but if I stretch my legs, I can still unplug the power cord. I could probably fit half a US map on the cubicle partition, but it's hard to tack anything on the soft material that covers the frame.
