When I made my second LJ entry ever, I thought that a story that consistently captures the interest of RL listeners would be good for drawing people in. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I had more than two readers at the time, and one of them seems to have all but disappeared from the LJ-verse. My readership is still hardly sizeable, but I feel like an encore presentation of what I cornily title Invasion of the Bed Snatcher.

Your response, I think, was almost exactly what my own young (and heterosexual) friend, John's (clemenceau's) would have been. And yes, she was "lucky."
