Let's Get Physically Positive

I didn’t like about my bod.
I’d best not tell you what they were,
But I had deemed it highly flawed.
And that was in my twenties, so
The worst was surely yet to come,
In terms of both abilities
And looks; the thought would leave me glum.
But then I stopped and told myself
To think about another list:
The things I liked about my bod,
Including some that would persist.
It took some time, but nowadays,
The second list outdoes the first.
For all the ways I’d like to change,
My earthly form is hardly cursed.
