Someone tell level_head it's my turn to sound villainous

deckardcanineMy throat's been funny this week. Not terribly sore or slimy or prone to a string of coughs, just very dry.
But I'm rather enjoying it. Why? Because I can't remember my voice ever reaching two octaves below middle C before. That note's usually reserved for throat singing. As someone who loves to imitate and read aloud, I crave that. Now I can really do CATS from Zero Wing</i. (Perhaps it should be "All your bass..."?) If I'm lucky, I'll still have this on Sunday and the choir will perform something that would usually put me in the tenor part. Of course, it wouldn't be lucky if only one of those things happened.
