Congrats to my sister for getting a job today! She'll be Office Manager/Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Local Self-Reliance, with the same starting salary I had for my current job. Her small, fairly casual office is about five blocks from mine, so I'm sure we'll do lunch sometimes.

And yes, she is "superexcited" about it.
