Have you ever seen slush in a movie? At first I thought its absence was for aesthetic reasons, but when you consider how far from aesthetic many movies are today...

And how about snow appearing only in patches, like it had been melting for a while? Or snow falling but not sticking?

Documentaries don't count, mind. Tho I don't recall seeing any of the above in those, either.
