Suspicious this error is
My first day back at work had me receiving audioconference transcipts in a particularly ornery format. Fortunately, the task of editing them is not without its moments of amusement. In the audio, someone said, "You may need to restart your browser and log back in." The transcription: "Restart your browser and log back in, you may need to."
I mentioned this to the guy who sent me the assignment, and he said, "Nice, it is! That is freaking hilarious." Me, I'm feeling the satisfaction of another hint at how these things are transcribed. I had been thinking that the errors were partly from a machine and partly from a human, but apparently there has also been collaboration from a member of Yoda's nameless species.
