We all advertise at times, so why not take advice from an esteemed show biz communication pro? Milo O. Frank's shortish book is about getting and keeping attention, sometimes at the expense of brevity. Many tips seem obvious ("Know your audience," "Smile") but are frequently neglected. Anecdotes help. I might just benefit -- if the rules haven't changed too much since '86. Maybe shoot for 20 seconds.
