deckardcanineMy family plans to visit Belgium and the Netherlands in August. For this reason, I rented In Bruges via Netflix and am waiting for a good time to see it with my dad. We would have last night if it didn't seem better to watch The Hurt Locker on Memorial Day weekend (my sister's suggestion). Alas, we got about half before the DVD became irredeemably freezy-skippy. We'll get a replacement.
Dad noticed that Ralph Fiennes is in both movies. Only after leaving did I realize that my family was also about to return Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, featuring a better-known Fiennes role.
Just another suspiciously funny coincidence.
