From a Washington Post article in the Style section:

"...[S]omeone had broken into their rooms and scrawled the word 'Redrum' in lipstick across their bathroom mirrors -- just like Jack Nicholson did in the movie set in that Estes Park, Colo., hotel not long before he tried to separate his wife’s head from her shoulders with an ax."

Someone doesn't know their classic cinema.

Is the article on their website? Coincidentally, one of our own staff writers did something similar -- admitting they didn't know something instead of just asking somebody -- and it would be funny to send around proof that even pros do it.
