deckardcanineThe Flash 1 training went nicely. Sometimes I had trouble keeping up, but other times I could assist my neighbor. I'd better use my knowledge soon to retain it. Maybe I'll take Flash 2 in the near future.
When the instructor started typing URLs in Firefox to display to the class, I couldn't help but notice that some of the automated suggestions after "www" were for Web comics I'd been viewing on breaks, namely Evil Inc. (at the very top, no less) and El Goonish Shive. Could her laptop somehow have picked up my desktop Mac's browsing history? I asked her after class to enter starting letters for other sites I'd visited; they didn't come up. Apparently, someone else who uses her laptop likes some of the same Web comics as I do. Cool.
